NATIONAL PREP SCHOOL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION

NPSAA is a federation of sport organizations and academic institutions who are committed to providing student athletes a comprehensive basketball experience. The membership of the association is made up of athletes, coaches, officials, schools, clubs, camps, basketball organizations, groups, leagues and basketball supporters. As part of our mandate, NPSAA also seeks business partners to collaborate efforts to further promote and develop amateur basketball in Canada. There are three types of business partnerships; Sponsorship, Hosting/Distribution, and Joint Venture.

NPSAA’s goal is to serve the members of the association and equip them with resources to handle the growing demands of their student athletes and the basketball community. The NPSAA federation operates in support of our members by pooling resources of the existing members to make them available to all. Important services such as gym access, leagues, mentoring, player development, educational, and project management services. 

The NPSAA's goal is to provide the following for our members:

• Player Development Planning Service – Player assessment, goal setting, and action plan service. To provide players with a short and long term action plan to help them achieve their goals.
• Insurance Plan – Provide individual, group and event insurance for athletes, coaches and organizationas within the NPSAA.
• Game Management Services – Providing game management services for games from officiating, statistics, and game streaming via internet, and score table staffing and more.
• Event Management Services – Providing project management services for organizations
• NPSAA Prep School Accreditation – Accrediting Prep Schools
• Educational Services – Providing educational and S.A.T. resources and workshops for student athletes to help them move on university
• Athlete Training –  Individual, team and virtual training resource for coaches and athletes
• Coaching resources, support and management system
• Apparel Services- Providing affordable sports apparel for clubs and athletes
• Web site services – Providing web site services for clubs and athletes

Through our partnerships we provide services, programs, and products that assist our members to either enhance their efforts or help to develop new projects. In the end our hope is that student athletes are better served by NPSAA.

The existing NPSAA coaches have been successfully assisting Canadian Student Athlete’s achieve their goals of playing in post-secondary institutions across North America for the past 20 years. Over 500 student athletes have received NCAA Division 1 scholarships and hundreds more playing in the CIS. We have a strong network of coaches and scouts that are available to our participating members.
